Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal for Standard Goods

If you purchased Standard Goods (i.e. products that are not custom-made), you may withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

If your order includes multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the day you receive the last item.

Where applicable, this right also applies to an Entrepreneur with consumer rights.


2. Custom-Made Products

Most Mesonica products are made to order according to your individual specifications, such as dimensions, fabric, colour, finish or configuration.

These products are considered custom-made goods and cannot be returned under the 14-day withdrawal right.

This information is provided before the order is placed.


3. How to Withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement before the 14-day deadline.

You may use the model withdrawal form available in our Terms and Conditions, but this is not mandatory.


4. Returning the Goods

If you withdraw from the agreement, please return the goods within 14 days from the date of withdrawal to:

The customer bears the direct cost of return.

Because of the size and weight of furniture, return shipping costs may be significant and may range from approximately PLN 300 to PLN 3000, depending on the delivery country and the size of the goods.


5. Condition of Returned Goods

You may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary for that purpose.


6. Refunds

If your withdrawal is valid, we will refund:

·       the full price of the returned goods, and

·       the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option offered in our store.

If you chose a more expensive delivery method, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless another method is agreed.

We will issue the refund within 14 days from receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever comes first.


7. Damaged, Defective or Non-Conforming Goods

If your product is damaged, defective or not in conformity with the Sales Agreement, please contact us as soon as possible at:

To help us process your claim, please include:

·       your order details,

·       a description of the problem,

·       photos or video, if possible.

Depending on the case and your statutory rights, we may offer:

·       repair,

·       replacement,

·       price reduction,

or refund / withdrawal from the agreement.
