Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Area

We deliver to Member States of the European Union.

Delivery to countries outside the EU may be arranged upon individual request and is subject to a separate quotation.


2. Delivery Costs

For deliveries to Poland, Austria, Germany, Belgium and France (excluding Corsica, overseas departments and territories, and Monaco), the delivery cost is included in the product price, unless otherwise stated in the product offer.

For other destinations, delivery costs are determined individually and communicated before the order is confirmed.


3. Fulfilment Time

The estimated order fulfilment and delivery time shown on the website is expressed in Business Days.

The period is calculated from:

·       the date the payment is credited, or

·       the date the order is accepted for fulfilment, if prepayment is not required.

Most Mesonica products are made to order, which is why fulfilment time may vary depending on the selected specification.


4. Order Process

After placing an order:

·       you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the order,

·       we will then send an e-mail confirming acceptance of the order for fulfilment.

The sales agreement is concluded only when the order is accepted for fulfilment.

After the order has been accepted for fulfilment, changes are generally no longer possible. Any later changes may require our consent, may involve additional costs and may extend the fulfilment time.


5. Delivery Method

Goods are delivered to the address provided when placing the order.

Personal collection is not available.

Depending on the type of order and the place of delivery, the shipment may be carried out by courier or freight carrier.

In selected locations, delivery may include carrying the goods inside the premises, provided that this service is available and not excluded for reasons beyond the carrier’s control.


6. Preparing for Delivery

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the conditions at the delivery location allow the physical delivery of the goods.

Before placing the order, please check in particular:

·       door widths,

·       staircases,

·       lifts,

·       corridors,

·       and other access routes.

Please also inform us in advance of any access restrictions and ensure the presence of an adult authorised to receive the goods.


7. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed for reasons attributable to the customer — for example because of:

·       undisclosed access restrictions,

·       inability to bring the goods inside,

·       or the absence of the customer or an authorised recipient,

·       the customer may be charged for:

·       redelivery,

·       return transport,

·       or storage.


8. Shipment and Tracking

On the day of dispatch, we send an e-mail confirming shipment.

If possible, the message will also include a link or tracking number enabling shipment tracking.


9. Receipt of the Shipment

Please inspect the shipment upon delivery.

If visible damage or shortages are noticed, we recommend asking the carrier to prepare a damage report. This does not affect your rights under applicable law, but it may speed up the handling of your claim.


10. Invoice

The VAT invoice is sent electronically in PDF format to the e-mail address provided when placing the order.


11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as:

·       natural disasters,

·       pandemics or epidemics,

·       strikes,

·       major disruptions in the supply chain,

·       shortages of raw materials,

·       import or export restrictions,

·       acts of war,

·       terrorist acts,

·       actions of public authorities.

In such a case, we will inform you without delay and — if possible — provide a new fulfilment date.

If the delay exceeds 60 days from the originally confirmed date, the customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement, and all payments received will be refunded within 14 days.
